Budburst Small Bar is welcoming Spring with a Pet Nat Party!
Pétillant-naturel (natural sparkling) is a catch-all term for practically any sparkling wine made in the méthode ancestrale, meaning the wine is bottled before primary fermentation is finished, without the addition of secondary yeasts or sugars. whilst it originated in Loire Valley, France, winemakers (mostly small producers) from all over the globe are now experimenting with this style.
Join us for a casual tasting, then buy your favourite pet nat by the glass.
Food is available, but you may like to book a table beforehand for lunch.
